GAULT--BEATTEN -- On the 11th inst., at the Second Presbyterian Churc, Glendermott, by the Rev. Joseph Corkey, Mr. John Gault, to Miss Matilda Beatten, both of Ardmore.

MAJENDIE--LINDSAY -- On the 8th inst., at St. Paul's, Wilton Place, London, Lewis Ashhurst Majendie, Hedingham Castle, Essex, to the Lady Margaret Elizabeth Lindsay, second daughter of the Earl of Crawford and Balcarrea.

ROBERTSON--PILLING -- On the 17th inst., at Carnmoney Church, by the Rev. G. C. Smythe, M.A., R. D. Roberton. Glasgow, to Annie, daughter of Mr. Robert Greenhill, of Thronemount, County Antrim, and widow of the late Mr. Thomas Pilling, Glasgow.

FFOLLIOTT - On the 15th inst., at Fairview Avenue, Clontarf, the wife of Charles S. Ffolliott, of a son.

FLEMING -- On the 12th inst., at the Emporium, Clones, the wife of Mr. James Fleming, of a son.

M'ALEENAN -- On the 17th inst., at Belfast, the wife of Mr. James M'Aleenan, of a son.


BOYD -- January 17, at her residence, Market Square, Crossgar, Dorcas H. Boyd, third daughter of the late Mr. Adam Boyd. Her remains will be removed for interment in Kilmore Church Burying-ground, on this (Wednesday) morning, at eleven o'clock precisely. Friends will please accept this intimation.

ODDY -- On the 7th inst., at Ballymacomba, County Derry, Benjamin Oddy, aged sixty years.
